This decorative knitted maple leaf comes in three sizes and is a great Autumn-themed project. The leaf is knit in sections and sewn together at the end. It is comprised entirely of two-stitch cables, giving it a lovely thickness and making it ideal for textured accent pieces. Although it can prove a little challenging at first, the format is easy to pick up, and the finished product is absolutely worth the effort.

Needles:
- 3.25 mm (US 3) circular or straight needles
Gauge:
- A specific gauge is not required for this pattern as the leaves are composed entirely of two-stitch cables and slipped stitches. Additionally, each leaf can be blocked to the desired shape
Other Materials:
- Stitch markers (at least 2)
- Cable needle (optional)
- Tapestry needle to weave in ends
